Itinerary: Day-by-Day Adventure

Day 1:
Arrival & First Jaguar Encounter

After landing at Cuiabá Airport, our friendly team will meet you for your private 5-hour transfer to Porto Jofre. The drive takes you through the legendary Transpantaneira where wildlife like capybaras, macaws and caimans greet you before the safari begins.

Moving forward, you will settle into your riverside lodge, enjoy a local lunch and then hit the water for your first afternoon boat safari. 

With expert guides at your side, you will start scanning the riverbanks for jaguars, otters and birdlife. 

After sunset, we will return for a fresh local dinner and well-earned rest.

Day 2:
Full-Day Jaguar Safari

From dawn until dusk, you will explore Jaguarland — a stretch of the Cuiabá, Três Irmãos and Piquiri Rivers famous for its high concentration of jaguars. Here, you will also enjoy your lunch on the boat right in the middle of the action.

It is worth mentioning that you should keep your eyes sharp here for:

  • Jaguars stalking the shores

  • Giant otters playing in the current

  • Jabiru storks and hyacinth macaws overhead

Day 3:
Sunrise Safari & Departure

After breakfast, we will pack up for the return trip to Cuiabá with drop-off at your hotel or the airport by the afternoon.
